Shine Fashion is 331 Company to get listed on BSE SME Platform

SEBI came out with detailed guidelines on 18th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March, 2012.

Shine Fashion (India) Limited became the 331st company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform. Shine Fashion (India) Limited came out with an initial public offering of 399,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash at a Price of Rs40 Per Equity Share (The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs. 1.60 Crore. The company has successfully completed its public issue on October 26, 2020.

Shine Fashion (India) Limited is primarily engaged in importing, supplying and trading of non-woven interlining fabrics, woven fusible interlinings and microdot fusible interlinings. The interlinings produced are in different sizes, to cater diverse customers specifications. The company’s products are used in various industries and companies for their fine finish.

So far, 90 companies have migrated to the main board. The 330 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs. 3,379.80 crore from the market and total market capitalization of 330 companies is Rs. 20,515.65 Crore. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 61 percent.

The response since the launch of this platform by BSE has been very positive till date.
