Samor Reality Limited came out with an initial public offering of 13,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash at a Price of Rs.62 Per Equity Share (The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs.8.06 Crore. The company has successfully completed its public issue on October 05, 2021.

Adishakti Loha And Ispat Limited came out with an initial public offering of 18,20,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash at a Price of Rs.11 Per Equity Share (The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs.2.00 Crore. The company has successfully completed its public issue on October 05, 2021.
Adishakti Loha And Ispat Limited is Delhi based company. The company engaged in the business of trading in metals with its core focus on trading in Iron and Steel. The company works on a B2B model where it procures goods on an order basis and does not maintain any inventory as the goods are supplied directly from the supplier to the customers. Delhi based Turnaround Corporate Advisors Private Limited, was the lead manager to Adishakti Loha And Ispat Limited.
So far, 115 companies have migrated to the main board. The 351 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs.3,721.75 crore from the market and total market capitalization of 351 companies as on October 12, 2021 is Rs. 39,437.28 Crore. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 61 percent.
