Nayara Energy conducts Road Safety Capacity Building Training Program.Nayara Energy, a downstream e nergy and petrochemicals company of international scale, conducted a three-day Road Safety Capacity Building Training Program in Devbhumi, Dwarka, for its internal and external stakeholders. The training program included workshops and seminars which touched upon various aspects of road safety, investigations & life saving techniques for Police Officers, Government Officials and Nayara employees and staff.
The training program has been organized in association with M/s A.K. Construction Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. (AKCM), a reputed organization specializing in Road Safety & Road Engineering. Aimed at strengthening the road safety capacity, the initiative witnessed participation of more than 500 people including Government officials and Nayara officials. Through these seminars and workshops, participants learned about best road safety practices, crash investigations, Good Samaritan Law, Motor Vehicle Act, etc. and most importantly practical applications related to Life Saving Techniques and much more.
The event witnessed participation of eminent personalities including Chief Guest Mr. Nitesh Pandey, IPS, SP, Devbhumi-Dwarka, Guest of Honour, Shri. Sanjay Yadav, Project Director, NHAI along with Mr. Atul Kumar, (ex CGM, NHAI), Prof Bhargab Maitra (IIT Kharagpur), Dr Tanuj Chopra (TIET) and Dr P K Sarkar (Sr. Transportation Expert).
Senior Government officials from NHAI, Road & Building Department, RTO, Traffic, Road and Safety, AKCM and Muskaan Foundation also participated in the event.
