NABARD full day strike on 30 March 2021.The officers, employees and retirees of NABARD are on agitation for one and a half years now under the banner.
NABARD too sent its proposal for the same revisions to DFS after due approval from the Board of Directors which has the representatives of both RBI and DFS.
A look at the proposals and their date of settlement for NABARD:
1. Full pension after twenty years of service.
2. Calculation of pension based on last pay drawn or the average emoluments for the last ten months.
3. Revision of pension with each wage revision.
4. Reopening of pension option one last time and giving another option to those employees who had not and could not opt for pension .
Meanwhile, no less than six former Chairmen/MDs of NABARD have written a joint letter to Hon’ble FM, GOI appealing that all the pension related issues in NABARD be settled on the lines of RBI without any further delay.
