ICICI Home Finance maps our expansion plan for Gujarat in 2022.
To cater to the growing business opportunities in Gujarat, ICICI Home Finance Company (ICICI HFC) plans to increase its footprint in the state in 2022. With a presence across 14 new branches in the state, ICICI Home Finance has announced the expansion of its network across Bopal, Chandkheda and Narol regions in Gujarat. The company has already kicked off the expansion activity by opening a new branch in Junagarh, which will largely serve customers working in oil mills, fish exports, plastic granules and saree printing industries.
ICICI HFC’s affordable home loan products Apna Ghar and Apna Ghar Dreamz cater to homebuyers who may not be in a position to furnish documents required for a home loan like ITR proof. ICICI HFC has home loan products to service cash salaried, self-employed individuals such as shopkeepers, traders, manufacturers, merchants, small vegetable and fruits vendors, drivers, small kirana shopkeepers, electricians, carpenters, computer operators, machine operators, as well as, salaried individuals working in industries and the government sector to purchase their dream home.
In Q3 2018, ICICI HFC launched its operations in Gujarat with a branch in Mehsana, and since then, Gujarat has remained a key market in the company’s national network. As of December 2021, affordable segment contributed more than 55% of Gujarat business. The company already enjoys a strong presence through branches in Ahmedabad, Anand, Bhavnagar, Gandhidham, Mehsana, Rajkot, Surat, Surendranagar, Vadodara, Morbi and Vapi.
