EKI Energy is 335th Company to get listed on BSE SME Platform

EKI Energy is 335th Company to get listed on BSE SME Platform. SEBI came out with detailed guidelines on 18th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March, 2012.

EKI Energy Services Limited became the 335th company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on April 7, 2021. EKI Energy Services Limited came out with an initial public offering of 18,24,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash at a Price of Rs.102 Per Equity Share (The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs. 18.60 Crore. The company has successfully completed its public issue on March 26, 2021.

EKI Energy Services Limited Company engaged in the business of Carbon Credits Trading and Climate Change Advisory Services, Business Excellence Advisory and Electrical Safety Audits. They are offering their services to various clients in the government and private sectors like power generation, waste management, clean development mechanism, airports and many more industries.

Mumbai -based Hem Securities Limited, was the lead manager to EKI Energy Services Limited So far, 97 companies have migrated to the main board. The 334 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs.3469.91 crore from the market and total market capitalization of 334 companies as on April 6, 2021 is Rs. 21,564.42 Crore. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 61 percent.

The response since the launch of this platform by BSE has been very positive till date.
